The State of New York is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Software as a Service (SaaS) licenses for WASP Barcode Technologies' Inventory Cloud and Asset Cloud products. These licenses will support inventory and asset tracking for both regional operations and the New York State Park Police. Currently, the agency utilizes three distinct instances of these products, which include the Inventory Cloud for managing consumable items and Asset Cloud for tracking equipment across different divisions.
Required services cover various configurations of the software, such as Asset Cloud Complete and Inventory Cloud Complete, along with added user licenses for both regional operations and Park Police units. The intended contract period is one year.
