The application is expected to function as a unified platform and should be either web-based with compatibility for modern browsers like Microsoft Edge and Chrome, or available as a native mobile application for both Android and iOS devices. It should support mobile responsiveness and provide direct access to asset data without requiring preloading. Additionally, the system must allow for data entry, updates, and modifications on assets while maintaining a comprehensive audit trail of all historical changes.
