City Of Westminster
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The City is seeking a vendor to deliver a secure, accessible, and maintainable intranet solution aimed at enhancing internal communication, content governance, usability, and long-term administration. The scope includes configuring responsive or mobile-supported access, and improving both information architecture and navigation to align with City branding and usability standards.
Key responsibilities encompass migrating approved content, including pages, documents, media, and structured information, from the existing DNN system to the new platform. The project will also involve the implementation of role-based editing, governance workflows, media libraries, content templates, and core features such as calendars, alerts, search, analytics, and engagement tools. Integration with authentication and user provisioning systems is required, along with a cloud-hosted or cloud-compatible deployment model.
The selected vendor will provide solution design, platform configuration, full content migration, governance controls, testing and quality assurance, as well as training and knowledge transfer. Launch activities will be supported by a post-launch warranty period. Redesign or redevelopment of the City's public website and replacement of unrelated enterprise systems are out of the project scope.
