The agency is seeking a vendor to deliver a fully functional employee experience portal or intranet packaged solution. This unified platform will modernize internal communications, collaboration, and content management by integrating traditional intranet features with advanced capabilities. The new solution is intended to replace the legacy intranet, providing a modern employee experience portal that supports user-centered design, personalization according to user roles, enhanced search and navigation, and collaborative tools.
The intranet must allow for secure, tailored mobile app and remote access without dependence on physical office network connections. Essential features include the ability to create, organize, and manage native content such as news, announcements, and portal pages.
