The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, seeks qualified vendors to supply Intra Enterprise and Depot Express Package Tracking System licenses, as well as a warranty/replacement program, in support of the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20. This will be a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), with brand name or equal solutions accepted.
VISN 20 encompasses healthcare facilities across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and select counties in Montana and California. The desired package tracking system must integrate with existing cordless scanners, barcode printers, workstations, and iOS mobile devices, providing real-time visibility and a complete chain of custody for packages received from external carriers and internal facility transfers. Features required include signature capture, view-only access for recipients, and historical data retention. The software system must be TRM approved for desktop and authorized for iOS mobile platforms.
The warranty/replacement program should allow seamless maintenance and servicing of the scanning and printing hardware throughout the contract period. Contractors are expected to provide responsive support and contact information for system-related inquiries during business hours. The contract includes a twelve-month base period with four twelve-month option periods.
