DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Kansas seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive interpretive signage installation services. The awarded contractor will be responsible for producing detailed design drawings, renderings, and technical specifications for all interpretive signage and exhibits, including dimensions, materials, colors, mounting methods, and precise placement locations.
The scope includes sourcing, licensing, or commissioning all photographic, illustrative, and graphic elements required for exhibit panels and displays, with the expectation that all graphics are full-color, high-resolution digital prints at a minimum of 300 DPI. The provider must also supply existing interpretive content, photographs, maps, historical records, and reference materials. Installation requirements encompass both exterior signage and kiosks as well as interior interpretive panels and wayfinding panels.
Interested vendors must submit any questions by April 8, 2026. The contract is planned for a three-year term.
