DESCRIPTION
The client is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive internships, outreach, and website support services. The selected provider will manage and maintain a website serving as a central resource for up-to-date information on opportunities such as internships, fellowships, scholarships, competitions, job fairs, and related events.
Key responsibilities include event planning, coordinating with naval locations, and ensuring that outreach materials are produced, ordered, and delivered as needed. Outreach materials may consist of program flyers, promotional items, banners, and student engagement supplies. In addition, the provider is expected to help administer competitive research internships for college students on an annual basis.
Strong project management, communication, and event coordination skills are essential to successfully fulfill the requirements of this engagement.
