Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide enterprise-grade internet connectivity services. The required internet circuit must be professional grade, always-on, with dedicated (not shared or bundled) unlimited bandwidth. Fiber optic, terrestrial connectivity is preferred to ensure reliability and high performance.
The selected ISP must supply a /28 subnet static public IP address allocation specifically for VPN equipment, complete with network mask and default gateway. Connections must not use Network Address Translation (NAT), and the ISP must allow installation of the customer’s VPN encryption devices on the circuit.
Additional requirements include supplying routers, data media converters or transmission devices, dual voltage power (compatible with 110v/60hz and 220v/50hz), and rack-mountable devices for standard COTS racks. Each service must have a separate or individual physical interface connector.
