DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide an internet-based certificate-of-insurance (COI) tracking solution. The proposed system must facilitate the tracking, management, and archiving of COIs through internet-based software, and include an online portal where vendors can submit their COIs. This portal will serve as the primary point of contact for COI-related matters.

The solution must clearly display the status of COIs for easy verification by District personnel. It should review uploaded COIs against contract insurance requirements and indicate compliance status. The system must also allow for the creation and ongoing maintenance of multiple insurance profiles, specifying required coverages and limits for different contract types. When a COI is flagged as non-compliant, licensed insurance professionals should review the certificate to ensure accuracy.

Additionally, the software must include the ability to search data for all COIs, collect and track additional insured endorsements, per project aggregate endorsements, and waiver of subrogation endorsements when required. The initial contract period is for one year.
