Supplier will develop Internet and Telephone Voting Procedures by May 11th, 2026.

Supplier will provide sample training materials and assist in developing Township-specific training material from May to July 2026.

Supplier will provide project services including coordination of ballot design, logic and accuracy testing, and support for public engagement pieces and mock election exercises from May to September 2026.

Supplier will provide remote support services to finalize the Solution and ballots from September 1st, 2026 until the start of the Voting Period.

Priority technical support will be provided from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days per week, from September 1st, 2026 to the start of the Voting Period, and to 9:00 PM on Election Day.

Priority support will be provided from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days per week during the Voting Period (tentatively October 13th-25th, 2026).

Dedicated support will be provided for the final Voting Day (October 26th, 2026) and immediate assistance until all unofficial results are verified.

24x7 critical support will be provided for up to fifteen calendar days after Voting Day, or as agreed, for recounts or challenges.

The selected vendor will provide a dual-access voting platform that includes both internet and telephone voting options. Services required cover the professional delivery, supply, implementation, and ongoing support of a secure electronic voting system, ensuring accessibility through the internet and via local or toll-free telephone numbers.

The system should offer live support for staff during regular business hours with no extra costs, addressing technical issues swiftly and efficiently. Comprehensive training and technical assistance are also part of the required services to ensure seamless operation and public accessibility during election events.
