DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive international acquisition and engagements program services, supporting international acquisition efforts such as foreign military sales (FMS), international agreements, technology release, and business process engineering. The selected provider will deliver programmatic, portfolio management, and FMS financial services to meet various international obligations.

Key responsibilities include support for FMS and building partnership capacity (BPC) case development, system acquisition and delivery, asset tracking, sustainment, case closure, and strategic international engagements. The vendor will also manage operational, process, and financial aspects for case development, execution, and reconciliation.

Requirements include maintaining electronic case and funding document files on platforms like SharePoint, researching contract and funding discrepancies, drafting follow-up letters for document finalization, and developing/updating business process flow charts and narratives. The contract period will extend for six years.
