DESCRIPTION
The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive interior and exterior signage services on an on-call basis in Colorado. Scope of work includes addressing a wide variety of signage needs, from minor assignments to full end-to-end projects encompassing design, fabrication, and installation.
Required services include supplying all products, equipment, labor, and materials necessary for signage projects, such as standard interior signage (room, office, space name and numbering, ADA-compliant signs, and office identification), building interior wayfinding signage, building exterior-mounted signage, building monument signage, vehicle and pedestrian wayfinding signage, and custom projects that require complete design, fabrication, and installation solutions.
The contract period will last one year. Interested vendors must submit all questions regarding the RFP by May 12, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2026.
