DESCRIPTION

The contractor is required to provide comprehensive support for interface and data conversion development, with emphasis on requirements gathering, software design, development, and testing of interface and conversion programs. Work will include assisting in the execution and validation of conversion software that is already underway.

Key tasks involve developing conversion planning and approach, performing requirements gathering and data mapping, migrating data from legacy source systems to iFAMS, and performing data cleansing of legacy system data prior to migration to Momentum. Responsibilities also include developing general utility programs for data migration, processing, formatting, validation, and cleansing.

The contractor will carry out conversion dry run execution and validation, support conversion execution during go-live and post-go-live, identify and implement industry best practices for data quality assurance, and develop software to resolve data duplication. Transactional data cleansing will focus on open transactions, with detailed tracking and reporting of corrective actions at the transaction level.
