The requested services involve providing and supporting an interactive voice response (IVR) platform with robust, web-based support. The awarded vendor must offer unlimited 24x7x365 internet access to a secure web-based project maintenance website, granting the agency access to problem tracking, project meeting minutes, software release information, hardware or software configurations, all current IVR scripts, and detailed system descriptions.
Service level support is required for both hardware and software, including preventative maintenance for IVR port hardware and replacement of IVR hardware as needed. The scope includes support for IVR applications, including FIDS database download/processing, NEC SV9500 PBX–IVR interface (T–1 and/or VoIP), and airline interface integration. Additionally, the vendor must provide configuration and support for database servers, specifically supporting Windows 2016 server environments, and maintain the Communicator IVR system interface (4 ports hardware or software), IVR TDD (FIDS), and related integration. The agreement also covers up to eight (8) IVR script changes per maintenance year.
