An educational institution in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide an interactive campus maps software platform for use across three campuses. The desired platform should deliver fully integrated, digital interactive maps that are accessible via web, print, and mobile devices. The goal is to modernize current campus navigation tools to enhance accessibility, engagement, and the overall student experience.

The solution should feature an intuitive user interface that visually aligns with institutional branding and is optimized for both web and mobile environments. Core requirements include integration of campus facilities such as classrooms, libraries, dining locations, points of interest, and restrooms, as well as customizable wayfinding for both exterior and interior accessibility. The system should accommodate the management of all campus locations within one comprehensive mapping platform and offer 3D visual imagery, map tiling, and robust wayfinding tools.

Additional features include a content management system (CMS) for easy administration and styling of map content, user access, and settings. The platform must support single sign-on (Shibboleth/SAML) for CMS access, provide an API for third-party data integration, and offer a virtual tour option with integration capabilities from existing location data. The selected vendor is also expected to provide ongoing support, onboarding assistance, and strategic guidance.
