DESCRIPTION
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract to Cadmium for continued access to the EthosCE Learning Management System (LMS) platform. EthosCE is presently utilized by the DHA to deliver accredited continuing education (CE) and continuing medical education (CME) activities to military healthcare personnel, including medical and dental staff.
Under this contract, Cadmium will provide platform access, hosting, configuration, technical support, and maintenance for the EthosCE LMS. The services will support the management of CE/CME activities, maintenance of learner records, compliance tracking, reporting, and accreditation workflows required for ongoing professional education and regulatory compliance.
This procurement is intended to ensure uninterrupted operation of the DHA's CE/CME management system, maintaining high standards in education for military medical professionals.
