The government authority in Dublin, California seeks vendor support for intelligent transportation systems. The scope of work involves traffic signal controller programming, signal phasing and timing support, and operational configuration for traffic management systems. Vendors are expected to design, analyze, and offer technical support for communications infrastructure—including fiber optic networks, wireless systems, and network equipment configuration—related to traffic signals and transportation networks.
The successful provider will also deliver Traffic Operations Center (TOC) support services, such as system configuration, integration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and equipment replacement recommendations. Additionally, the vendor must provide technical support for transportation data systems, facilitate performance reporting and data-sharing initiatives, and issue technical advice regarding cybersecurity and system resilience in transportation technology. The contract will have a three-year duration.
All questions on the RFP must be submitted by March 13, 2026.
