Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The City of Ontario, Canada, is seeking a vendor to provide an intelligent road operations management solution capable of importing, analyzing, and integrating City GIS and operational data into a comprehensive AI-driven platform. The proposed system should perform advanced functions including route optimization, road patrol scheduling, automated measurements and quality assurance, as well as inventory and asset management.
The solution must intake GIS data for roadways and sidewalks and provide customizable interfaces with route optimization and turn-by-turn navigation. It should be adaptable to various road operations programs, supporting both internal and contracted operations, and functioning as a mobile solution. The platform will address limitations of current processes that rely on expensive and hard-to-maintain hardware, physical storage devices, paper records, and web applications that lack mobile compatibility. Key features should include scheduling, route planning, efficient data entry for photos and records, and streamlined manual GPS and quality assurance inspections.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 23, 2026. The contract term is expected to be two years.
