A national agency in Wales is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Intelligent Integrated Audit Solution. The primary objective is to monitor and analyze user access to the single patient record, key national clinical applications, and national data repositories, covering all 7 Welsh Health Boards and 5 statutory trusts.
The solution must process audit logs from specified healthcare systems, presenting dashboard information on user behavior for Information Governance leads within each organization. It should enable real-time understanding of specific user activities, facilitate the integration and referencing of key national systems for validating patient and staff identities, and support API connectivity as well as direct data access where required.
