DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide intelligent electronic device management software capable of managing protection relays, programmable logic controllers (PLC), remote terminal units (RTU), digital fault recorders (DFR), microprocessor-based meters, and controllers for reclosers and voltage regulators. The required solution must offer role-based access control (RBAC) on a per-device basis, with configurable permissions by user role and device group.
Additionally, the software should deliver centralized password management for all connected devices and allow for the automated, scheduled rotation of device passwords according to customizable security policies. Vendors must ensure questions are submitted no later than April 13, 2026.
