DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to provide a commercial off-the-shelf software solution for the management of intellectual property (IP) and research agreements. The system must be tailored for comprehensive IP management, supporting all stages of the IP lifecycle such as invention disclosure, legal protection processes (including patents and plant breeders' rights), licensing, agreement administration, royalty tracking, compliance monitoring, and integrated data analytics and reporting.
The chosen solution should include advanced built-in reporting tools, enabling users to generate reports directly within the platform without the need for separate business intelligence software. Compatibility with Windows 11 operating system is required, and the system must function seamlessly on Microsoft Edge and/or Google Chrome browsers.
