Integration Platform as a Service Solution

The Government of Ontario seeks a vendor to provide an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution designed to enhance integration capabilities for a diverse range of systems and applications. The selected iPaaS system will centralize and streamline data integration, improve interoperability among existing platforms, and enable real-time data exchange.

The scope of work includes implementing a scalable and flexible iPaaS solution that supports strategic goals, improves reporting and analytics, ensures compliance and security, and enables robust collaboration. The solution must support the management and transformation of data, including data cleansing and enrichment, while accommodating various data formats. Comprehensive documentation, including user guides, API references, troubleshooting manuals, and best practice integration materials, must be provided for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The contract period will be for one year.
