Ohio is seeking a software solution to enable integration between electronic health records (EHR) and children services data for children in custody. The goal is to facilitate real-time sharing of clinical, medical, behavioral health, and social service information between clinical/medical personnel and Title Agencies.
This integration aims to improve care coordination and communication among caregivers by reducing technical barriers and enhancing the flow of information, in compliance with applicable laws. The streamlined exchange is intended to support better health and social outcomes for children receiving care from both medical and children services agencies.
