The British Columbia health sector is seeking a SaaS solution to support integrated virtual care and the management of virtual visit workflows. The desired platform will automate, organize, and streamline communication for virtual meetings with patients, enhancing efficiency and accessibility within healthcare services.
The solution should be fully cloud-based, eliminating the need for on-premise data center resources and minimizing the demand on internal Health resources for development, updates, or maintenance. It must comply with Health’s privacy and security requirements and offer customizable workflows that support virtual acute care, including pilot capabilities to validate its effectiveness.
Integration with existing technical systems is a priority, as is the ability to facilitate cross-platform workflows to boost the effectiveness of service delivery. The system should support the secure exchange of information for both patients and providers, maintain data integrity, and allow for data export to support the analysis and improvement of patient care and service delivery. Questions related to this opportunity should be submitted by December 29, 2025.
