DESCRIPTION


A utility is seeking an integrated enterprise software solution to manage compliance, water quality, and program data across Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Environmental Laboratory, Industrial Pretreatment, FOG, Stormwater, and Backflow divisions. The platform should enable efficient operational and compliance data management, trending analysis, dashboards, and automated regulatory reporting.

A primary requirement is strong analytics capabilities, with preference for native Microsoft Power BI integration or a robust Power BI data delivery model. The system must support various data ingestion methods, including manual entry with validation rules, spreadsheet import, API-based import, and scheduled imports from external data sources. Configurable validation features such as range and logic checks, completeness verification, and data review flags are mandatory. Robust remote and mobile data entry workflows are needed.

Additional solution requirements include configurable electronic forms for operator data entry with required fields, defaults, and validation logic, enabling plant-specific views while maintaining standardization. The system should provide trending and visualization tools, time series analysis, facility comparison, and configurable grouping. Customizable dashboards by user role, facility, or program area should support drill-downs to underlying data and audit history. Data export functionality and comprehensive data model documentation, such as data dictionaries for reporting and integration, are required.
