DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive integrated library system. The solution must enable centralized administration with configurable options for independent member libraries, providing flexibility while maintaining overall management control. The public catalog should offer innovative features for personalization and enhanced access to physical, digital, and local content resources. A strong vendor support and development infrastructure is essential for ongoing system performance and improvements.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for migrating data from the existing TLC CARL.X system, currently hosted on a Linux server using an Oracle database. This migration process includes comprehensive data preparation and mapping services to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, vendors are required to detail their Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted solution, including the location and specification of servers, administrative structures, platforms used, and database management systems. Service–level agreement terms, particularly concerning system uptime, must be provided.

Vendors should submit a complete client list for their proposed solution, detailing both current public and private clients as well as any implementations in progress. The awarded contract will be for a period of one year.
