DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Fort Pierce, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide integrated law enforcement technology and services. The scope of work encompasses a variety of advanced solutions including video, audio, and use-of-force technologies, such as body-worn camera systems, automated activation sensors for firearms, conducted electrical weapons (Tasers) capable of data capture and integration, fleet cameras, and in-car video systems.

Vendors are expected to deliver comprehensive digital evidence management and video processing solutions. This includes systems for secure evidence ingestion, storage, and chain-of-custody tracking, as well as the management of video, audio, and images across multiple device types. Capabilities such as video translation, transcription, and metadata tagging are also required.

The project further requires software interfaces and robust system integration, with platforms to manage, correlate, and analyze data from diverse technologies. Vendors must offer application programming interfaces (APIs) and middleware solutions, ensuring interoperability with existing CAD, RMS, JMS, and prosecutor systems, as well as integration with state and federal systems such as FDLE and FBI CJIS. Solutions can be provided as cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid deployment models.
