The agency seeks a vendor to provide an integrated corrections intelligence and investigative solution capable of transforming Jail and Law Enforcement data into actionable insights for investigators, analysts, and jail leadership. The chosen system must consolidate and analyze multiple data sources from the jail, including at least five years of historical records, and automatically ingest new data from all connected systems on a daily, unattended basis, requiring no manual intervention from Sheriff’s Office staff.
The required solution must be a commercially available product with a minimum of three years on the market. It must deliver unified search capabilities across diverse datasets such as inmates, visitors, communications data (calls, texts, photos, digital mail), addresses, vehicles, housing, incidents, commissary, and financials. Key features include bulk searching via uploaded Excel files, automated link analysis across all data sets, mapping functionalities for inmate releases and address associations, risk analysis for co-housing, and searchable storage of mugshots and tattoo data—including optional facial recognition to match uploaded media.
Additional requirements mandate the solution’s ability to track gang associates throughout the facility, cross-referencing against incidents, contraband, and housing, as well as supporting comprehensive records retention, legal holds, and evidence preservation according to corrections, law enforcement, and judicial standards. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and inquiries must be submitted by the indicated deadline.
