DESCRIPTION
An organization in Virginia is seeking a qualified contractor to provide integrated communications digital adoption services in support of information technology initiatives. The scope encompasses comprehensive planning, facilitation, development, and dissemination of communications strategies across all levels of the agency, from technical project teams to strategic leadership.
The contractor will be responsible for developing specialized communications that coordinate messaging across various channels, supporting the adoption of new technologies by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional tasks include facilitating engagement with leadership, customers, and other key representatives to define project objectives and outcomes; leveraging successful communication strategies and lessons learned from previous initiatives; and producing multimedia, graphical, and visual communications products such as infographics, explainer videos, interactive dashboards, and slide decks.
Collaboration with subject matter experts across multiple technical domains is expected to ensure the creation of clear, concise, and customer-relevant communication materials that drive change and support the agency's mission.
