This project seeks a vendor to develop and execute an Integrated Communication Plan with a focus on strategic messaging and branding for the launch of a new app. The selected firm will be responsible for creating a sub-brand or campaign identity, scheduling appearances, and delivering graphic design services to support the overall messaging strategy.
Responsibilities include public information dissemination and rider education, such as notifying riders about changes in hub locations, updating retail outlets for pass purchasing, and creating educational materials like 'How-to-Ride' guides, system maps, outreach handouts, videos, and photography. In addition, the vendor will design a multi-channel digital adoption campaign incorporating on-board signage, social media tutorials, and in-person 'street team' scripts.
Crisis and change management aspects involve developing FAQs to address anticipated issues and creating a 48-hour 'Launch Day' rapid response plan for social media and press inquiries. The contract also requires ongoing annual support to maintain consistent, branded messaging across communications.
Interested vendors must submit any questions by March 31, 2026. The contract period is one year.
