This RFP seeks a vendor to provide an integrated campground management service for provincial parks in Saskatchewan, Canada. The solution must include the development, implementation, and ongoing support of a public website that allows customers to make and manage reservations, view transaction and reservation history, purchase entry permits and merchandise, and make donations. The website must be fully responsive, ensuring consistent display across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Additional requirements include the ability for customers to view booking history and rebook from order history, compare two or more sites side by side, and access information about public and educational interpretive programming. The platform should feature a customizable interface for branding elements such as the agency parks logo, color schemes, fonts, and other components. Authorized users must be able to manage and update website content, including visual assets, site notes, policies, and other displayed information.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2026, with questions due by March 17, 2026.
