DESCRIPTION

An organization in Maryland is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct an integrated campaign capacity, feasibility, and strategy assessment in preparation for a major fundraising campaign. The scope of services includes a comprehensive analysis of donor data quality, giving trends, fundraising pipeline strength, stewardship practices, and the adequacy of development staffing.

The vendor will evaluate organizational readiness across key leadership bodies such as the Board, Executive Leadership Team, G–REM Division, Integrated Marketing, Analytics & Development Operations, and other units supporting the campaign. Assessment areas include communications and brand readiness for effective campaign storytelling and visibility, as well as the alignment between Finance, Programs, and agency leadership teams. The review will also address organizational constraints, structural risks, and operational dependencies, particularly those resulting from recent staffing reductions and restructuring.

Additionally, the selected vendor will develop a comprehensive campaign strategy and staffing plan, which will detail the staff positions needed, the structure for volunteer leadership, and the communications efforts required for a successful campaign launch. Refinement of the Case Statement, incorporating stakeholder feedback, is also a key deliverable. Interested parties are advised that all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by February 10, 2026.
