A Texas-based agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide integrated advertising media planning, production, branding, and event services under a one-year contract. The scope includes delivering comprehensive advertising solutions such as media planning, negotiation, buying, stewardship, and reporting across various channels including broadcast, newspaper, digital, social media, out-of-home media, and experiential events. Additionally, services will cover market analysis and the planning and execution of event activations and sponsorships.
Vendors must adhere to strict content guidelines, ensuring that advertising materials do not display or imply inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content, nor exploit or degrade individuals or groups. The selected vendor will be responsible for working with media owners to ensure prompt removal of any media placements that violate these standards. Restrictions are also placed on the reproduction and distribution of advertising materials to maintain compliance and brand integrity.
All interested parties must submit questions regarding the proposal requirements no later than March 3, 2026.
