The government authority in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive intake, eligibility determination, and client services tailored for individuals living with brain injuries across the lifespan.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing Brain Injury Resource Facilitation, offering skill development opportunities to support greater independence, and facilitating groups, classes, and workshops to advance skill building. The selected organization will be expected to ensure statewide delivery of service coordination and skills training, develop and manage a clear and thorough client engagement process from intake through discharge, and establish detailed program infrastructure, including administration, evaluation, and quality assurance.
