The City of California is seeking a vendor to provide an automated, web-based insurance verification and tracking system capable of supporting at least 900 vendor accounts. The selected consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance verification and compliance, utilizing a comprehensive platform with interactive interfaces accessible to city staff and a range of vendors, including contractors, consultants, instructors, and tenants.
The system must allow for the input, storage, tracking, archiving, and management of insurance documentation while facilitating communications with vendors to obtain and verify insurance compliance. Retention and management of all relevant documentation and data are essential components of this service. The contract will have a two-year term.
