A government authority in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide insurance review, tracking, and management reissue services. This includes reviewing certificates of insurance to ensure developers meet current industry standards and agency requirements. Services cover initial insurance review during the construction period and relevant renewals. The vendor will need to handle various types of insurance, including general liability, property and building insurance, umbrella liability, fidelity and employee crime coverage, automobile liability, workers' compensation, flood insurance as determined by flood zones, and mine subsidence insurance as required by county regulations.
The developer is defined as the loan borrower, and each development or project refers to the buildings subject to agency financing. Appropriate endorsements in favor of the agency are required for all insurance types. The contract period for this engagement will be one year.
