The government authority located in Alhambra, California is seeking a contractor to provide insurance recovery services. The selected contractor will be responsible for submitting claims in accordance with applicable insurance company instructions and requirements, and for ensuring that all payments are made payable to the County with proper payment method and address instructions.
The contractor may need to obtain additional written authorization from property owners to support claim submissions. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining detailed records of outreach to property owners, insurers, brokers, agents, and other relevant parties, as well as requesting additional information or documentation needed to complete claim reviews.
In addition, the contractor must develop and maintain a consolidated electronic database for each property in a format acceptable to the County, and provide real-time access to a County-approved online dashboard or database showing the status of all parcels and required data. Questions are due by May 20, 2026, and an optional pre-bid meeting will be held on May 19, 2026.
