DESCRIPTION
A government authority located in Houston, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive evaluation and consulting services for its existing insurance programs. The selected consultant will review program data, including Statements of Values, schedules of coverage, appraisals, and supporting documentation necessary for a thorough assessment.
The engagement covers a range of insurance types such as property, casualty, flood, liability (general and professional), directors and officers' liability, and workers’ compensation. The vendor will be responsible for identifying coverage gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for cost savings, and will recommend enhancements to program structures and risk management strategies.
In addition to periodic program reviews, the consultant will deliver independent, ad hoc evaluations regarding insurance or loss scenarios to support informed decision-making for future renewals or solicitations. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year.
