DESCRIPTION

A client is seeking a vendor to provide an insurance coverage discovery solution that identifies third-party coverage sources, including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance. The selected solution should also explore all forms of third-party reimbursements such as DSH days, Medicare dual eligibility, IME, and HIC validation.

The solution must support a bi-directional interface with EPIC and offer full integration to ensure information is updated automatically. Users should be able to access and review insurance responses directly within EPIC. Additionally, the proposal should specify what data is employed to train or improve any AI models used within the solution.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 11, 2026.
