DESCRIPTION


The government authority in West Springfield, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced insurance consultant to provide expert advice and ongoing assistance related to municipal health care, life insurance, and a range of voluntary employee benefit offerings. The selected advisor will represent the agency regarding these benefit programs and assist with plan analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities include evaluating monthly claims and periodic utilization data to generate reports and actionable recommendations concerning financial trends, as well as identifying opportunities for cost containment and benefit modifications.
