The government authority in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking to engage an insurance broker to manage and administer its insurance portfolio. The selected broker will be responsible for the timely review and provision of all insurance documents, including policies, binders, and endorsements for bound policies. In addition, the broker must provide clerical staff to assist with completing insurance applications, collecting underwriting data, documenting property values, and carrying out related administrative duties as required.
The broker will oversee the insurance program, negotiate and place coverage as directed, and help locate insurance-related services such as risk management software, insurance compliance tracking, property appraisal, and loss control services as needed. Assistance with claims administration for workers’ compensation or property and casualty matters may also be required. The contract will cover a one-year period, and interested vendors must submit their questions by April 10, 2026.
