The government authority in Tulsa, OK is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and install spray foam insulation at the Household Pollutant Collection Facility. The scope of work involves the application of a minimum 2-inch closed cell spray foam insulation on the inside of all exterior walls of a metal building measuring approximately 100 feet by 100 feet, with wall heights of 30 feet. The insulation must also be installed on the inside of the ceiling.
Installation activities must be carried out in a manner that does not interfere with the regular operations of the Household Pollutant Collection Facility during business hours. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for January 15, 2026, and prospective bidders are required to submit any questions regarding the project no later than January 20, 2026. Vendors with experience in spray foam insulation and large facility projects are encouraged to participate.
