SUMMARY

Maryland seeks a web-based repository software solution for IFU and SDS documents, integrated with existing asset and maintenance management systems.

DESCRIPTION

The project seeks a vendor to provide a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), automated, web-based Instructions for Use (IFU) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) repository system. The software should offer online access to all necessary Instructions for Use, service manuals, safety data sheets, and other manufacturer guidelines and resources. These resources span instruments, equipment, and supplies related to dental, medical/surgical, and biomedical devices, as well as consumables, tissues, implants, and chemicals.

The selected system must also be capable of integrating with existing instrument tracking systems, asset management systems, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). The aim is to create a centralized, easily accessible platform for all IFU and SDS documentation needed for efficient healthcare operations.
