A Maryland agency is seeking a vendor to provide inspection software for use by housing inspectors. The required software must be compatible with Office 365 and operate seamlessly on tablets or laptops used by inspectors during dwelling unit inspections throughout the fiscal year. Key functionalities include the ability to download and incorporate pictures of deficiencies into inspection reports, generate detailed Excel spreadsheets listing inspected addresses and deficiencies, and produce Exigent Health & Safety Report findings.
Additionally, the software should be able to identify and track sites that have reached 100% inspection completion. Integration capabilities with the Elite Work Order System are critical, specifically the ability to migrate work orders and generate work order list reports based on the inspection findings. This will ensure that identified deficiencies are addressed promptly.
