Innovative Technology and Agile Acquisition Solution

This RFP seeks vendors to provide innovative technology and agile acquisition solutions focused on advancing multi-domain test and evaluation. Key areas of interest include rapid remodel, refit, and upgrade of wargaming and experimentation facilities, with an emphasis on enabling persistent, automated, and near–real–time data collection, processing, and dissemination for predictive analysis and improved situational awareness.

The project also involves developing and integrating autonomous air, ground, and maritime systems capable of operating collaboratively with minimal human intervention. Harnessing data analytics and machine learning is critical, leveraging AI/ML algorithms to process large volumes of diverse data at the tactical edge. Vendors will also need to address multi-domain communications and cyber operations, ensuring resilient, secure global operations by transforming networks and managing data across contested electromagnetic spectrums.

Additional focus areas include optimizing human-machine integration to enhance warfighter performance and reduce cognitive workload, designing intuitive and efficient system interfaces (including virtual and augmented reality), and utilizing digital engineering and prototyping through model-based systems engineering, simulations, and digital twins to refine systems prior to physical construction.
