The Defense Logistics Agency, representing the United States Navy, seeks input from industry on providing innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs). The objective is to explore strategies for enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure to improve operational readiness and leverage underutilized land, resources, infrastructure assets, and access at DFSP sites across all Navy CONUS locations.
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to assess the feasibility and benefits of collaborative agreements that utilize government-owned non-excess property.
