KEY REQUIREMENTS

Senior Project Manager with minimum 9 years experience leading P3/DB agreements for complex transportation and infrastructure projects with APD experience.
Technical Advisor with minimum 6 years progressive experience in technical requirements, project management, policies, legislation, and procedures for all procurement methodologies of complex transportation and infrastructure projects.
Senior Consultant with minimum 6 years progressive experience in technical requirements, project management, policies, legislation, and procedures for all procurement methodologies of complex transportation and infrastructure projects.
Consultant with minimum 3 years progressive experience in P3 projects, alternative delivery procurements, research, public engagement, project management, and/or communications.
Offeror must have expertise and experience in advising clients in the development and delivery of APD transportation projects.
Offeror must have experience in the development and implementation of innovative technical concepts in transportation and related projects.
Offeror must have experience working on a vast spectrum of issues in structuring, analysis, evaluation, documentation, and development of APD options.
Offeror must have knowledge of and adherence to all applicable Federal and Illinois State laws and regulations for APD methods.
Offeror must demonstrate the ability to complete all work shown in the RFP for the IPD program.

DESCRIPTION
