DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide an inmate management system that enables comprehensive tracking of inmate movements via passive electronic means, as well as the logging of cell checks and security checks using fixed, electronic scannable tags. The system must support real-time monitoring of inmate movements and activities, recording essential data such as inmate name, jacket number, deputy identification, and date and time for every log entry.
Functionality must include headcounts, use of facial recognition software, commissary pass management, and logs for tracking inmate interactions. Data security is paramount, and electronically captured data must be immutable—it cannot be edited, deleted, or altered in any way.
The solution must interface seamlessly with the existing jail management system, including a jail tracker. All questions regarding this RFP are to be submitted no later than April 1, 2026.
