DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Kansas City, Kansas is seeking a vendor to provide inmate commissary services for its adult inmate population. The selected provider will be responsible for managing the commissary, including supervision and control of inmate labor, inventory of commissary supplies, and maintaining internal security of products and equipment available to inmates. Services should follow strict safety, sanitary, and secure management protocols.
The contract requires monthly commission payments, clear procedures for billing, transfer of funds, reconciliation and accounting, as well as weekly billing and inventory reporting.
