Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive inmate banking and commissary ordering software solution, along with intake and kiosk bail bond services, secure release services through a debit card program, inmate phone services, video visitation, commissary, and vending solutions. The proposed software must deliver a complete inmate trust fund accounting system that integrates with the existing jail management and accounting systems. It should support the creation and management of individual inmate trust accounts, accurately tracking money or property received for each inmate.
The system must enable automated processes such as check writing, debit card management, and bank statement reconciliation. Integration capabilities are required to connect with the facility’s JMS and CorrecTek Inmate Medical software, ensuring medical fees are posted to accounts in real time. The software must maintain comprehensive records of all commissary activities and banking balances for each inmate, with robust reporting and sales analysis features, while allowing for flexible management of daily subsistence fees.
Additionally, the solution should provide a secure, turnkey inmate telephone system—with both local and long-distance options—that meets security and monitoring requirements. The contract awarded will cover a five-year period.
